Someone should fill Haslam in on the ManKok regime, and what happens when the GM is hired with input from the coach.
 
So Jimmy, his wife, and some lawyer dude are going to find our head coach.

And that coach will pick the GM.

Sounds more like Sashi is really the GM, and the GM will be more of a scout.

Which, if Sashi is qualified then it's the same as every other organization with different titles.

LOLz. Lots of good candidates? I don't see a lot of good candidates, unless you're talking about Gruden and Cowher. These guys don't want to come to this organization. There's plenty of better jobs out there and to come. This team is fucked. I honestly would've kept Pettine, the guy we hire won't be as good as him. Pettine wasn't even a great coach, but what great coach will come here. I'm sick of this shit.
 
looks like Chip Kelly is coming for sure. The GM will be a glorified scout with a fancy title while the HC with Haslams figurehead patsy makes all the decisions.

At least Jerry had the balls to come out and say "I'm the GM"

and my optimism for the organization to do it the right way. faded in less than ten minutes
 
Haslam did say Marrone is not the first guy they are talking to. Obviously he could be lying.

Praying this fucked up structure is somehow already figured out and the hiring timing is just awkward.

But this is Cleveland...
 
Only two of the three stooges gone. Unfortunately the most destructive one stays in Haslam.
