Is a "Your post has been quoted" option possible?

Is there any way you guys could set up something so that whenever one of our posts is quoted we are alerted to it?

Or is that option already available and I'm missing it?

It would be helpful. Sometimes I find that people have quoted a post of mine to argue with a point I made. Unfortunately I never checked the thread and didn't realize that my post was quoted until like 2 weeks later. By then it just isn't even worth it to respond.

If you can be alerted with someone clicking the "Thanks" button, why can you not be alerted when someone clicks the "Quote" button? Doesn't seem like it would be that difficult to do would it?

I'm a part of a half dozen other vBulletin based forums and I've never seen this feature. I'm assuming it just isn't possible within vB.
