I don't even know why I'm wasting time on this, because the odds of this being legit or anything more than just a sort of "look see" are so small. Nothing will come of this. An offer won't even be made.

But, you'd think if we were looking for trades it would be with a team that has some sort of reliable SF that they are willing to move. That is not the Sacramento Kings.

EDIT: And upon reading it again it would appear he's saying both teams are just generally looking. Not necessarily with each other.

I didn't read it as they were trying to trade with each other, just that they were both working the phones.

Bit misleading. I don't think we are necessarily exploring a trade with the Kings. I think the tweet is just saying the Cavs and Kings are exploring trades with different teams. Not necessarily with each other.

We'll keep this thread in Cavs Talk for now since Kennedy has been on target before.

But if nothing heats up very soon, it will get relocated into the Trade section.

Another source reported that the Cavs and Kings have been talking trade for quite awhile (jockeying over the pick they already owe us) but nothing has come of it.
