Kizer has a lot of the physical talent needed, but he is far from ready to be an NFL QB. Chip Kelly was right on he needed to come back for another season. Something has to change here. Put a more competent QB in there today and we won this game.

I wouldn’t say Kizer’s career is done, but the people who said he needed to sit for a season or two are looking more correct by the day. He is far from ready and we badly needed to Keep a McCown/go get a veteran here rather than stick with Kizer.

The only thing that Kizer is good at is leading this tank. Which, while important, is such a waste of a second round pick

He's the type of guy that would make a great developmental QB but he's just not ready to start. He flashes talent every game but the unforced errors make it apparent he's not ready. He still has a chance to have a solid career since he's so young and raw.
