JR Smith

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Front rim all night. Legs obviously not under him.

No better way to get in shape than playing a real NBA game though.

Give him a few weeks. He'll get there.

He wasn't really on point consistently before he got hurt either though.

Of course he was out of shape tonight but he came into the game shooting 36% from 3 and 34% overall.

Can't afford to have our shooters not make shots, although he was better than Shumpert on defense with his anticipation and rotations.

Started with the holdout. Missed camp/didn't have his wind.

Then early in the year he hurt his knee against Toronto.. Then came back from that and the thumb happened shortly thereafter. Plus his personal issues im sure weighed on him.

Glad we got him back though. This gives him about 5 full weeks of regular season NBA action to get his legs under him and get in a rhythm. He fits in so well,we already saw tonight how he is so good at drifting into open spots for Kyrie and LBJ to find him.
