JR doesn't look that good in terms of shooting.

On one hand, JR is a player whose game depends on rhythm. There will be a stretch where he can't hit a barn door and then there will be games where he would be making crazy ass tightly contested shots off fadeways. Its a matter of time before he finds that rhythm.

But he doesn't look as free while shooting. In the matchday thread, @InBoobieWeTrust mentioned that his back is still giving him problems as it hasn't healed. Resting him for a week or so won't be a bad idea. Especially after Rose comes back.

I just thought he looked like he was in some pain in the fourth quarter.

Could just be a conditioning thing, Lue has said the guys are out of shape. But he looked uncomfortable physically and i thought it may have been his back.

He was not moving around like his normal self. In fact, it looked a little bit like Kevin Love a couple years back when he was going through his back issues.

He will get it going. Can only miss so many 3's before he goes off. 6-12 from 2pt this year. Just needs one good game to build confidence. Coming off the bench to start the season may have got into his head

Everything else, he needs to get his head out of his ass. Lost his man for an uncontested layup 3 times already tonight, lazy passes for turnovers, and stupid bailout fouls look 100x worse when you can't make a shot.

Yeah, although he broke his hand and only played half the season JR was pretty much trash last year as well. This is really bad but I wouldn’t be surprised if hes trending downward fast in his career. Became a fan favorite because of his play during the championship season and his personality so many people give him a pass but he’s really not worthy of starting on this team. People bitched about Wade and his first 3 games, but I’d take that all day over this garbage. JRs attitude has been bad, bitched about not starting after he said he wouldn’t care, got his wish because Wade stepped down and completely laid an egg.

Along with him advertising a weed documentary before the game. Not sure JRs head is in it like he was the first 1.5 years.
