The coaching staff will be our downfall...

Lebron will have to play at a GOAT level from the second round on just to negate these clowns...but by the eastern finals that may not be enough.

Lol at the thought of what would happen to us if we meet the Rockets or Warriors

I think Drew is better than Lue

He's not. They all are REALLY bad though. The entire staff. The system, all of them.

I hate this coaching staff with burning passion. Can't wait to rid ourselves of these utter fools.

Now we can see why they didn't fire Lue though. Yes, he SUCKS, but the rest of the staff is utter trash just like him.

What is the more terrifying thought here. That our staff is unable to determine who our best players actually are or that they can do so, but choose to give minutes to the undeserving?
This coaching plays favoritism over performance. At least in the regular season. Hopefully not in the playoffs or we won't even get to the ECF.

Agreed on all fronts. However, he specifically called Lue to see if Green should start and Lue said yes. He said it in the shoot around vid.

Green is a black hole, who is either really good or god awful from game to game. He can be useful if he's neutered but he goes out there thinking he's Giannis. Drew is just following Lue's order but his inability to adjust and deal with Miami's pressure and our inability to get into our sets was a big factor. Yes we didn't have a floor stretchers in Love and Korver but this was an awful coaching performance

Heres the thing. We just aren't very good.

The staff isn't good. The roster isn't very good. Management isn't very good.

This roster is more talented than all of those pre-Miami LeBron teams but not as good as the big three teams imo. And yet the results are inferior to both thus far.

Choices like expecting too much from Jeff Green [he's dealing with back issues and can't shoot consistently so you're going to use him at center and space the floor?], putting Nance on the bench again [how's he going to learn to play with Kevin?], being too late into the season after giving JR and TT so many minutes, refusing to develop Z after showing flashes, not using Hood at the two more, Hill continues looking lost on offense at times, eight games left in the regular season and you're changing the starting lineup now? etc., is why.

I'm okay with putting the majority of blame on coaching.

The Cavs came into Miami averaging a 120 points. 15% from 3 point range and 36% shooting as a team is an anomaly
