May as well be.

I can’t believe people actually believe the hype on Barkley first.
I always pictured you as having a beard

Maybe another NFL team will believe it and pay handsomely to move up.

Not a bad gesture of good faith considering how much fucking cap space we've got.
I was reading that even with the added caphits +34 mil roughly, we still have the 2nd most capspace behind the Jets....... around 88 mil. Not sure how accurate that is, but holy rusted metal Batman, that's still ridiculous

I also think they will try to add a year or two of team options just in case he plays real well. He will get a little extra in signing bonuses and the Browns don't have to worry about paying him in free agency.

Tyrod Taylor is a fine player, but it is a little bit silly to give up the 65th overall pick for a guy who will already have his successor in place before he ever takes a snap.

I thought this as well..

But then I read the reports about how other teams had offers for Taylor and Buffalo ended up accepting the Browns' offer of a 3rd-round pick.

I would have figured a 5th, maybe a 4th round pick would have gotten it done.. But not with others suitors out there.

Like the addition.. Taylor can definitely have success here, especially when you have new weapons out there like Landry, Gordon, and possibly a running back like Barkley.

The new offense the Browns will have is going to be 10x better than before.. Kinda crazy to picture it.

I don’t have much against Tyrod Taylor as a player. He’s a fine middle of the pack quarterback.

But what’s the end game there? They are definitely still picking a QB in the top 5 and that kid is going to play sooner than later. Sitting the rookie for a year is a really nice idea in theory, but how often does that happen in reality?

I just don’t love the idea of trading a third rounder for a guy that may only start like 10 games.
