Its obvious that Lebron has already made his decision, so whats the point of making a last ditch effort for Boozer. Useless really.

ESPN blows.

Why the hell would the Cavs make any "effort" for Boozer? Give that one up. It never was a thought and never a idea.

Going to touch on a couple floating topics here:

-In my opinion, if the Cavs were faced with a 'last-ditch effort' to woo James, I don't think it would be Byron Scott coming to do it. I would have to think it would be Gilbert. I don't, also, think Scott being there is some sign LeBron is staying. He's got the ability to get a look at some of his new players right down the road. Of course he's there, no need to make anything more of it one way or the other.

-In the face of Chris Bosh spurning Cleveland, if Carlos Boozer decided to come to Cleveland after this is all said and done, I would forgive him for some of what he did in the past. I'll cheer him, and certainly would be glad he joined the team, but he still holds some blame for delaying this tandem six years. Right now Cleveland just needs someone to make the jump and push LeBron over the (possible) hump. It'd certainly be ironic if it was Boozer of all people to do it.

-Chris Bosh doesn't have to come to Cleveland, or like Cleveland, or want to play on the best team, or whatever else has been said about him. He wanted to leave Toronto, and he wanted to play with another star. He did it. He's an extremely good power forward, and just because he's not playing here next year doesn't mean there are all of a sudden better players out there for us. I still remember Hollinger's piece from last season that broke down the best possible sidekick for LeBron and his style of play; and that guy was Bosh. We missed a home run there, but to each their own. I'm not going to bash the guy. With that said, it's going to take a good two years for that team to become a legitimate title contender. As a title contender (with LeBron) ourselves, I feel we staved off a bullet there.

Good things, all around.

Did anyone not catch this from Windy?

"I'm told none of LeBron's suitors know his decision. It seems possible of all them could remain in dark leading up to tomorrow night."

Probably only 3 people know, if that. This dude wouldn't risk his Brett Favre diva moment getting spoiled from the likes of Jared Dudley, who majority of the population doesn't know exists.
