LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
The way ESPN, in general, covers the Warriors is a disgrace. It's absurd.

Let me tell you this real quick

Say lebron has led his cavs team to 73 wins and lost a 3-1 finals lead while having a game 7 at home and the lead throughout the game

Imagine the type of shit ESPN will still be saying about an epic choke job of such proportions

Not one peep is said about the warriors when it comes to this

I guess we're all just used to it at this point, but LeBron is putting up Godly numbers this season. Even though we sucked in a road-heavy March he averaged 28/10/8 on 55/31/62 splits, then started off his April by dropping 41/16/11 (in 51 minutes) on the Pacers last night.

14 seasons in the league and the guy is still throwing up 26/9/9 every night. Michael Jordan was a shell of himself in his 14th season playing for the Wizards, yet LeBron James is still the best player in the league. Just incredible.

ESPN says things about it, they just find a way to make it a positive for Golden State.

I shit you not, in January ESPN the magazine had an article about 'How the Warriors Won by Losing,' detailing over how the Warriors added Kevin Durant this summer.

LeBron is still getting shit about 2011 while nothing is made about Curry's underwhelming Finals performances 2 years in a row.

I can't imagine the noise if LeBron lost FMVP to a bench player a la Richard Jefferson, or even his 2nd banana (Kyrie).

But then LeBron is the real deal and a genuine threat to Jordan's supremacy...Curry isn't and everybody knows it.

Is this not how it should be?

I do wonder if LeBron's body language grates on this team at all. If I were a teammate, I would get pretty tired of him throwing his arms up and putting his head down after every basket, even baskets made after good defense.

He's the best player in the world, but I do sometimes wish he'd be a little less demonstrative.

Its being a leader, TT failed to switch on a simple screen 5 times in a row. Lebron is the reason hes a champion, and the reason hes being paid.

TT, according to his own coach, executed the game plan!

LeBron isn't always in the right because he's the best player. When you have the top dog not even go "my bad" at times and demonstrably glare or give off incredulous body language on your mistakes it's definitely going to bother your teammates if it goes on consistently without being checked or peppered in with something good.

I'm not even talking about the fault of a specific play.

That Lebron James, he's sure lost a step or too :chuckle:

He was right at that moment. TT failed to switch multiple times.

Bingo. When the non-Lebron players on this team demonstrate that they can win a single game against a decent team without him on the floor, then they can start to yell at him.

Paul George kept eating Lebron's toast
