LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Part of me is convinced that LeBron is never going to decline, at least not enough to where he isn't a superstar. Has there ever been a basketball player who was the undeniable #1 player in the world in his 15th season? His athleticism has declined but his mental game has grown enough to almost make up for it, imo. He's a marionettist on the basketball court. He has been so great for so long that we often take it for granted. 34 and 13 on 65% shooting and his game didn't really seem like anything special while I was watching it tonight.
It’s crazy...what he does on the court has just become so routine by this point that when somebody inevitably points out he has 34 points and 13 assists my first thought is “are you sure that’s not a typo?”. It’s amazing.

Exactly. He makes greatness look normal. I watch the game, think "eh, just another LeBron game," then look at the box score. 34 and 13, 13/20 from the floor. The game shouldn't look this effortless for a guy in his 15th year.

He's shooting .68 from 2. His fta are half of his career average. What's going on?

The things he does night in and night out are mind boggling, no body should playing this well in year 15, He's been such a great player for such a long ass time...Like 2005 all the way to now 2018, His IQ is off the charts and he has a deep love for the game and perfecting his craft like MJ did, Its really a joy to watch this guy work. We are lucky

I have to say, i now know why the old *____* stay at bay her. Way to much complaining anr person affliction. Can we please try to cheer our team on fore once. This would be nice and not create conflicts of stupidity. Thank all Ya'll.

Huh???

29+, 16+, 9+, 2+ has only been done 15 times in the last 33 years.

Barkley 5 times
Bird 2 times
Duncan 2 times
Vince Carter
Shaq
Hakeem
Parish
Fat Lever

and now James. While out of shape* and with a hurt ankle.

*His “out of shape” is “best shape of my life” for 99.9% of humans.

Interestingly teams are 14-1 when a player puts up those stats. Barkley’s Sixers lost to the Cavs in OT in 1992; Barkley had 30/18/9/3/3 in that game.

He's definitely gotten to that older Jordan phase where he takes everything in stride...he just sort of laughed his way through that deluge of bulls shooting knowing that he would eventually take them out.
