Let it all out. The Cavaliers Rant Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
My biggest bitch is the stupid, lazy, sloppy-ass turnovers. lazy passes, dribbling into heavy traffic like we don't expect anyone to slap the ball away, throwing up shots in heavy traffic when there are no windows to get the ball through unblocked.

Those things have been on the rise when we are playing our worst basketball.

I knew coming into that game we would struggle, but never to the extent of last night. I want no part in playing the Spurs again this season.

This team needs to get their collective heads out of their ass. They need to realize they can just "show up" and win.
I'm afraid they are gonna get their ass kicked in RD2 or the conference finals and lose in game 6.

That's it I'm gonna request a trade in my career in 2k then start a mygm mode and trade everyone

My largest concern is that guys like Williamsx2, Frye, Jefferson, JR, etc. look totally lost in the scheme on both ends. Their defense is collective shit and offensively they still aren't coming together.

I don't worry about the Big 3 figuring it out come playoff time, but role players can't expect to just turn it on.

I hope the team isn't quitting on Lebron. That would be super bad for the franchise going forward.

First off that's ridiculous. No one on this team is dumb enough to quit on him. Second if they did, their ass would be shipped out asap and replaced.

I feel we have too many players that are similar to another. I've always felt that way.

We lack versatility a lot on this team. Guys that are purely just spot up shooters, or just that's don't defend very well, or if they do, lack other ways to contribute.

It's not even the lack of two-way players, I get it, those players are hard to have all up and down the roster.

I mean, really what is the difference between Deron Williams and Kyrie Irving? Not much, both are very poor defenders, both have differences in their games. Obviously Kyrie is better, but they don't really bring different things to the table.

The same can be said about JR and Korver. Then Frye, is basically just a bigger version of these guys in a nut shell.

It's not that we lack talent, we don't. We got good players, just maybe we're too redundant. I don't know... We aren't as good as we are on paper though, that's for sure.

I wasn't talking about what Skip said. Skip Bayless is a moron. What it looks like is they are all just kind of blaming the next guy because everyone is complacent. It's that whole idea of switching it on, which is one of the dumbest things I can think of because you don't just go from 0-100. You have to put effort in before the playoffs. If they think round 2 and 3 in the East are going to be a cakewalk, they're setting themselves up for failure. It's not healthy for you to go from running 100 meters to 100 miles without any sort of build up in the middle. You're going to hurt yourself. Ir's just stupid.

In months we will find out whether these cave are repeaters aka KING, JJ

or one hit wonders

it's fucking crazy-making to think that we are looking at the worst of all worlds here in terms of playoff preparation: falling down the standings and losing home court advantage AND having our key players burned out and tired from playing too many minutes going into the playoffs AND not having flow and confidence in our ability to win going into the playoffs.

Great job Lue.

Skip is such a tool. I wonder how he'd react to that 'gentle tap' by David Lee (6'9 250lbs).

I hate this fucking team.
I can't stand this fucking team.
Take a Negan baseball bat to this team.

RIP

Its Kevin Love.

Team hasn't been the same since his injury. He hasn't been the same since coming back.

Hopefully he finds his rhythm in the playoffs. However, as LeBron gets older its going to be very important that Love is healthy and playing well..
