I don't know why I keep saying top 5. That right there is a list of six TOP THREE players!

Oh, and that list doesn't include Shawn Alexander either. Lord willing, he'll be back and playing like a top 3 RB when I need him most, come playoff time!

I had negative points from my defenses this week, with Pit giving up over 40 to Atlanta, and had just the 5th highest point total in the league this week, yet I played the guy who had the lowest score this week, a guy who also had negative from his defenses, thanks to the Fins giving up 34 to the Packers. My TEs and Ks didn't do so hot either, but McNabb and LT were once again awesome, and I had solid production from Delhomme, Dunn, and my star studded WRs.

Oh, and my nemesis lost this week, so now he's tied with me record wise at 6-1. I still hold the lead in total points, but last year's champion (not my nemesis) is closing in, now just 44 points behind me. He's sitting at 4-3.

This week my starting QBs took a dump on me. Who would havethought that Seneca Wallace and Bret Favre would have gotten me 30 points more than McNabb and Delhomme? Heck, even Gradkowski outscored Delhomme.

Reggie Wayne and Andre Johnson also outscored superstars Steve Smith and Terrel Owens, although they all scored about equal except Wayne who went off for 37 points! Of course he was on my bench. My bench had 113 points this week.

Meanwhile my opponant had LJ go off for FOUR TDs! Luckily, I have LT who actually outscored LJ, putting up a gigundous 43.3.

Overall, I had the 4th highest score on the week, but still pulled out the victory. I gained a game in the division, so now I'm two games ahead of the second place team. I'm still leading the league in total scoring, by 47 points.

With Wayne's big performance, he's actually moved all the way up to #2 at his position. Crazy, I think he was like 21 or something before something. Anyway, I know have 4 of the top 11 WRs. Talked about being stacked at one position:

2. Wayne
5. AJ
6. T.O.
11. Smith

What stinks is I don't have any good fits for a trade. About the only area I could use an upgrade is DEF, and all the teams with DEFs that would be an upgrade don't need WRs.

Well, I had the third highest score this week, yet I got pounded, as I played the guy with the second highest score of the whole season. :thumbdown

I'm still leading the division, but only by one game, and the guy in second has the tie breaker against me. There are no worries about me making the playoffs or anything, but damn it, I want to be division champ! I've got fricken 250 points more than the guy in second place, yet he could snake the division title from me. Man, I will be so pissed. That better not happen!

Anyway, here's my pounding:

Had the high score of the week again, in this total beat down. The funny thing is I could have scored way more. My bench had 137 points!!!! Not only did my bench outscore my opponants starters, but 137 points would have been good for the 2nd best score of the week! lol. If I had a crystal ball and new exactly who to start, subbing in the Bills, Favre, T.O., and Henry, I would have smashed the record (205), scoring a whopping 220 points!

Everyone seems very interested..

:chuckles: No offense Style but cdt's right. The worst thing about fantasy football is hearing how good/bad someone else's team is. Sorry.

This is pretty funny. I'm first in the power rankings in my league, which is calculated by figuring out what your record would be if you played everyone every week. Then they break down your record by team, again if you played every week, which you can see below. Not only do I have a winning record against EVERYONE, but two of the teams I would have beat every single time. All but one of my opponants I have a 700 or better record against.

I'm going to be so pissed if I don't win this thing.

There has been an official scoring change:

Correll Buckhalter's 37-yard Offensive Fumble Recovery TD (off of a reception and fumble by Reggie Brown) has been changed to a 55-yard TD pass from Donovan McNabb to Buckhalter.

This means I've now scored 7.5 more points in this game (via McNabb), so my total for week 10 is 187.3. That score is good for the third highest of anyone all season. Which gives me the 1st, 3rd, and 4th highest scores this year. :)

I beat my cousin for the 6th time in 2 years. :chuckles:

So anyway, this puts me in the title game for the 4th straight year. Everyone was saying the Pats had a dynasty by winning 3 championships in 4 years. Well, I'm one victory away from doing just that. :fingersx: This also sets up a rematch with the bum who beat me in the title game last year. Here's hoping for a dynasty, served with a side of sweet revenge!

Well, this was embarassing. I got completed drilled in the Super Bowl. This week's score was 37 point lower than my previous low for the entire year, and 74 points below my average. I was tops in the power rankings, but there isn't much you can do when your team decides to take a week off the week of the Super Bowl. My opponant had a good team (third in the power rankings), but was not nearly as good as mine overall; however, he got hot at the right time. My team was peaking around week 5. :(

At any rate, this was easier to swallow than last year's Super Bowl loss. Last year I lost (to the same guy) by 3 points. There was no less than 6 players on my bench that had I started just one of them I would have won. This year, had I a crystal ball and started all the right players, I would have scored an additional 55.5 points, and still lost by nearly 40 points. I'd rather get shellacked than lose a nail biter. I've always been like that.

I still won decent money, so that is cool. This league has been together four years now, and I've played in the title game in all four of them (winning the first two). I have yet to lose money in fantasy football, going back beyond this league even, so it was nice to keep that streak alive.

Without further ado, the drubbing:

I'd definitely have to say the Manning Harrison connection did you in :chuckles:

Well, his defenses scored 38.8 more than mine. That was the single biggest point differential as far as positions go. But I lost by 94 points, so it was just an all around thrashing.
