Yep, its in Chicago.....

I have been tracking eBay and have placed some bids, but I keep getting overbid. Looking for 2 seats for the gf and I. If anyone knows anyone here or has ticket access or has any other ideas, let me know. Appreciate the help.

Go to Stubhub.com

But I'm sure those ticket prices are going to skyrocket. But it's worth a shot.

Thanks Pip - I'm the current high bidder at $125 - I wonder how long that will last....

I keep checking periodically - there are about 10 groups of 300 level seats together. Would be nice to be in the 200 or 100 - but don't want to pay $400. We'll see....

Thanks Nicky - was already outbid on Pips tix - put another in for 175 and was immediately outbid. Don't want to go to $200.

I'd buy them from a scalper 5-10 minutes after the game starts. It's amazing what the tipoff does to ticket prices...they start dumping them like crazy.

But you don't get to see the pyrotechnics show in the starting lineups before the game, Max..

Especially the Bulls starting lineups.. Sirius by the Alan Parsons project is the greatest starting lineup opening in the history of civilization...

When my son was being born, I was contemplating on whether or not I was going to have that song blasting upon his arrival in the delivery room..

Isn't Chicago an awesome city - that damn lion bowed down to the bull. They need to update that a bit with the additions in Grant Park.

Maximus - thought about that. Used to do that back in the day for Indian tickets. That may be something we do - luckily my gf isn't someone I need to really "impress" anymore - lol.

I did just realize about an hour ago that the Buckeye game is on at 5 - kinda cutting it close for after the Cavs game. May be nice to veg on the couch with back-to-back basketball games. That'll make the lady happy!!!

Flashseats.com is probably one of the better sources for Cavs tickets, in my opinion of course.

Isn't that only for Cavalier home games?

Ladies and Gentleman.....I am going to the game!!!! My boy called me last night saying he got 4 tickets - I'm not sure where the seats are - I guess they are $70 each and he got them for $35, plus a parking pass very close to the entrance. It'll be a guys day too - so I guess it's a double bonus! The lady can wait for a nighttime date, of course after the Buckeye game.

Nice! Congrats!

And yeah Flashseats are for home games.

Sometimes I forget you are from Chicago.

:chuckles:

Well, I'm from Westlake - went to the high school there, then BG. Have been in Chicago for 5 years now, after living in Milwaukee for 2 years, and Harrisburg, PA for a year and half before Milwaukee (and right after college).

I plan to come back for a playoff game or two. Went to Game 1 last year at the Q against the Wizards. And usually catch a game when I'm back for a holiday.
