Magic @ Cavaliers

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I hope that ref's wife leaves him for Damon Jones

Amazing performance by Lebron James, Kind of reminds me of 2-3 years ago with his 40 point triple doubles ... and we still lose =\

It was a good no call. Hedo made a good play. That also isn't why the Cavs lost.

Cavs didn't seem to quite have it for most of the night but were able to turn it up in the 4th to almost get the win.
LeBron was huge tonight. That's an MVP performance. Can't ask for anything more from him.

Cavs have to have somebody to provide some scoring punch off the bench. Sasha needs to step up.
Hughes was terrible. It's hard for anyone to strongly defend his play and contributions anymore.
Nice game from Gooden. Not much stupidity tonight.
Dwight Howard is a load inside. He's pretty much impossible and will become even scarier as he continues to expand and develop his game.

I'd like someone to explain how Gibson can only get 5 shot attempts. An effort has to be made and a priority put upon getting him more shots. You can't continue to go ignoring one of your best perimeter threats.

I'm not too upset with this loss. It was a pretty good effort and the hangover from the road trip may have gotten the Cavs.

Your right. How in the world does Mike Brown allow Sasha, Hughes and Damon Jones shoot 27 times and not run plays for the hot shooting Gibson?

Wasted effort. These guys didn't even show up in Denver so I don't want to hear about the being tired. Orlando played last night and they looked fine to me.

This team always executes poorly in the final minutes. Fortunately, they have Lebron to bail them out on many occasions. We come out of TOs with Sasha driving at Dwight Howard. Is that all we've got?

Gibson took 5 SHOTS ALL GAME! 5. F-i-v-e. He was shooting 100%. Is this a joke? We can't get him any looks at all?

Mike Brown takes this L. If you can't come up with anyway to get the best shooter you've got some clean looks, you are inept. By the way, thanks for giving Larry 30 minutes.

Have they not watched Orlando in close games late? I figured they would deny Howard the ball down low from out of bounds. I was worried about someone failing to box him out. But they didn't even deny him the ball. They let them enter to him right under the hoop. Seriously? At least they didn't have our worst defender, Drew Gooden on him. Nevermind. Drew was on him.

It was a BS call, but the Cavs lost another game they deserved to lose. They want to play half heartedly and hope Superman bails them out. Nine game and they've trailed going into the 4th nine times. That's an alarming stat.

At least it can't get any worse.

I'm gonna regret saying that.

How about coming back with an even weaker team without your top bench big man on the roster. Or an even worse Larry.

Exactly...I thought it'd be a horrible failure to just re-up Andy and Sasha...that hasn't even happened. Things went to shit quick..

It's a stat that says we're gonna be disappointed alot this year.

"closing out close games. That is an area we are outstanding at."

still feel that way LJ4MVP?

I do.

Our defense was outstanding in the final few minutes. We made a pretty significant comeback. We had LeBron and crap on the court and we still were a missed foul call away from winning.

I thought we were outstanding at closing out tonight's game. It just didnt work out for us tonight.

I have to disagree. We only got to OT because the Magic tried to give the game away. Made 1 out of 4 late free throws. Fouled Lebron in the act of a 3.

You have to win that game at home after Lebron stunningly buries 3 straight free throws to extend it. They had all the momentum and couldn't wrap it up. Letting them in bound from the side to Dwight Howard right at the rim was by no means good defense. Why weren't they fronting him? Get in front of him and keep your body on him so they don't beat you with an oop. Just letting him get the catch that deep meant Drew had to hack him or get dunked on.

Mr. Hughes was 2-12 while boobie didnt miss a shot??? Somebody get this kid more shot opportunities please. The kid took 5 freaken shots and had 16 points, incredible.

If anybody watched the game, Orlando was covering Gibson like a blanket in the second half. Gibson just stands in the corner and waits for the pass from James. Let's also not mention his two huge turnovers are key situations.

Holy crap LeBron is good...To bad it was all in a losing effort
