The driver wanted to stop and Starbury was like I'm not even blinking, don't worry about it.Of course he wasn't afraid of being in the accident and getting in trouble, and told the driver to keep going, because he wasn't the one driving, he wouldn't get in trouble. He's bringing himself and others down with him.
