MLB 14: The Show is a Major League Baseball video game developed and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. It is the 9th entry of the MLB: The Show franchise. Announced on November 4, 2013, the game will release in 2014 on PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and will make its Next-Gen debut on PlayStation 4. Detroit Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera will be the featured athlete on the American cover.

Matt Vasgersian, Eric Karros, and Steve Lyons will do the play-by-play action.

So glad I got the PS4 so I can experience the best baseball game in history.

MLB The Show was literally one of the major factors behind me buying the PS4 over the XB1.

I was playing MLB 09 The Show on my PS2 as early as 2012, and it still trumped anything that the 2K series provided for Xbox.

The Show is just such a great series of games, and I'm really excited to see a five-year and two console later edition of the game.

Here's a screencap from MLB 13: The Show on PS3.

They just do the little things perfect. Look at the scoreboard. It is EXACTLY how the Indians do their scoreboard in real life. It's even got their little diamond thing showing who is playing where.

The only thing I don't really like about The Show games are how they do the advertisements. Yeah, I understand you cannot use real life products for advertising in video games because of all of the hassle that you have to go through, but I kind of hate how the Quicken Loans Arena has "MLB THE SHOW" written on it. Meh, it's minor but it irks me.
