NBA 2K17

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Shit I was just talking about being able to connect to them at all. But true.
No reason for me to be lagging either I get about 65mbps with a 70 something latency.

I thought it was me, but it has to be 2k servers screwing with my head because in shooters I get host more times than not.

Just played Cavs vs Warriors online. He had me down 20 to 4 to start the 1st quarter. He probably assumed I would quit like most people. Came back and pulled out the win in the clutch. Warriors blew another lead. Feels good even on 2k.

Also this happened a couple hours ago online. Cavs vs Cavs matchup (which I hate playing the same team but whatever). He had me down 4 to 8 points the whole game and I couldn't get over the hump. But I wanted to keep it close til the 4th and give myself a chance. It was a great game though. Sorry for no audio, all my 2k clips save like that, copyright I guess? Don't think it can be fixed. Anyway:

Lol awesome. You should put the camera on "2k." IMO its better for dribbling and seeing the courts spacing better, and the sidelines that get blocked out by the crowd. Also your shot meter is always visible.

Always happy to see Kyrie hit game winners.

I've been using broadcast view only, since 2k7. I suck horribly on 2k view when I try. If I took the time to learn to adjust, I could probably switch over. But I'm probably way too ingrained at this point. The major disadvantage for me is that I can't see if someone is open ahead on the break sometimes. But it also helps tempt me from throwing them out of bounds. And with the new charge mechanic, I've had to slow way down. Can't push it like the old 2k's.

Also, I'm like 99% on game winners over the years. I'm just clutch I guess :chuckle:

That pass he made to TT for the go ahead bucket was BS. I read it all the way. He was trying to exploit the pick and roll earlier so I was ready for it and it didn't matter. His LeBron three was tough but I'll give him that one. He was running LeBron at PF and Love was guarding him sometimes earlier but I was too lazy to adjust until the end. I switched Liggins and Shump in on that last defensive play during the timeout for Korver and Love. Then put Korver, Love, and Frye in for Liggins, Shump, and TT on the last possession so anybody could potentially hit the jumper.

I have no idea how anyone can play a quick game on any camera setting other than 2k. Kudos to those of you that pull it off.

I got this year's installment from the parents for Christmas after I swore off buying it on launch for the first time in forever. Currently 14-0 online, picking up where I've left off with this game.

I have to say, this is one of my favorite installments since I started playing in 2k10. MyCareer is incredible, the gameplay online, in my opinion, is the least cheesy it's ever been, and I haven't even touched the other modes.

MyCareer doesn't make you an unplayable piece of shit with no hope for improvement outside of spending additional cash, but you still have to grind and work for it. Luckily, the story is top notch this time around and I find myself actually wanting to do the grind. I don't play much and I'm already around a 70 overall and can impact the game on both ends of the floor.

This year's 2k has probably sucked me back in to buy next year's earlier.

If you're on PS4 look me up. We can play Park sometime.

I haven't played in a few years, is it as clunky feeling as that video clip made it seem?

Playing this GSW douche I want to murder right now. I was beating him double digits, dude sucks. And he pauses on every single shot and when I shoot free throws, one of those douches. Well, 2K bs happens per usual and Steph makes a fadeaway bank three and threes from half court and so he pulls ahead double digits and beats me.

Well, he technically hasn't won yet. I decide to play dirty back and call all my timeouts and let them run all the way out. And after that, I pause and let my pause timer run out. Except he keeps continuing them like an idiot. All he has to do is hit quit and he gets the win, but perhaps he can't read?

He has continued it 8 times and counting so far.... Don't worry, this was my first and last game of the night regardless. I wasn't going to play again after this BS anyway. I got all night. Well, I went and grabbed a bite to eat and stuff and it is still going. I'll have to see what the official tally is when this is over, but it has gone on for about 15 minutes so far. If he wants me to fold and unpause the game, not going to happen.

I might have to send him a nice simple "warriors blew a 3-1 lead" message too after this. I can't be too angry considering the reality we beat them. But 2k needs to fix the game. Warriors can't be banking fadeaway contested threes at will. That has happened to me at least 10 times.

He finally quit. My video share only captures 15 minutes at a time and it went on longer than that. And possibly twice as long because my controller died and I could see when that happened. So he might have been on the pause screen somewhere from 20-30 minutes :chuckle::chuckle::chuckle::chuckle::chuckle::chuckle:
