Cool. Yeah we definitely have to make sure that there will be a cushion of time in between the NBA draft and RCF draft because of the likelihood that deals will be made throughout the night, hopefully involving our Cavs! :thumbup:

This league is sim, and if you get like above 85% of your points in the paint that in my opinion is cheesing. You need to vary it, all of us could get the ball under the rim and score 2 everytime however that would ruin the fun of the game. I don't play online games anymore apart from this league as there are just to many cheesers who ruin the game.

It's not all about winning, it's about taking part and having fun with a good bunch of guys playing 2k9 the right way.

For me - I'm just happy to play with some great guys who play 2k9 the way I love to play it, as if it were real life.

This league is for money, meaning the jokes are aside, the cheesing is done, people wanna win because their hard work is on the line. If I dominate someone inside in the post with Yao, or Shaq or run off bad shots off the d and score my 60 pts or my 40 pts with my star and im in the late 4th.. i have to basically CHANGE the way I play (and beat people) to win the game.. I'm just not comfortable with that because i'll have an open layup and have to pass it up.. but GL to everyone let me not dissway you

I have 6 payments for 8 users who have already accepted the invites, 2 freeloaders are in without ponying up:chuckles:

To give you guys an update on where we are

There are 8 users confirmed in a 12 man league

I have 6 invites out right now, to 6 different users. First 4 tomorrow to get on and accept are in.

Thats it. Ive been pimpin these invites for 3-4 days straight and I fell behind on a couple deadlines I have to meet at work:thumbdown Im terrible with being disciplined when Im excited about something.

I want to set the draft time and have the order set by tomorrow evening. So if your one of the guys already in the league and already paid, post what time Thursday you think we should have the draft

This is shaping up to be a great league. Lets get it!:thumbup:

We need these 3 spots to fill up and we can generate our draft order any time today. There are still 5 invites already sent out so its just a matter of one of these lazy mofos getting online and accepting and we are good to go

For anyone reading this who hasnt got an invite but wants to play...

You can still get in this league. No spots are promised. If you post here or contact me today, we can have you choosing a team within minutes.

Lets get this wrapped up ladies.

If your already in the league and you know someone who could join and will also join RCF to keep up with us, then tell him to join here and shoot me a PM

I mean, we could if we needed to, but worse come to worse I have a few guys on my list who Ive played in leagues with. I just didnt want to go grab random guys though.

The fun in this, is that we pretty much all are already based here on RCF and catch each other in the other threads.

If it gets to be later in the evening and I havent heard back from a few of these guys then we'll fill it up by any means necessary.

For now though, lets hold out and see.
