Oh yeah, agreed. It's amazing how many different types of forum software there is. VB software is only one of them, but it's the best I have found. Surprisingly, there are many more forums on the internet that do not use it, so that is why you are not familiar with it. This has the most options I know of. You can create as many skins and templates as you wish with it, etc. The big drawback to it however is the fact that it's not free software. Many out there are, and is why most sites use the free stuff.
