New TV Series to watch

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
True Detective season 3 is really solid so far. Not as good as 1 obviously but certainly a much higher quality than season 2.

I have to say that Netflix really isn't doing much to impress me lately. Used to be a slam dunk to subscribe to them but with the recent price increase and lack of great original content... not as appealing anymore. Ozark, Stranger Things, etc are still great but idk canceling Daredevil still continues to piss me off beyond belief.

Black mirror?

Yep. I was a little disappointed with tonight's episode, though (released early for streaming). First episode where I felt like not much happened.

Only 3 episodes left, I'm expecting things to start moving quickly.

Not a new show whatsoever, but I just finished Friends. 6/10. Girlfriend's favorite show and I never really saw more than a few episodes here and there growing up so I figured I'd give it a shot. Definitely still prefer HIMYM.

Think the next think I'm going to watch is the Ted Bundy files and then maybe rewatch Dexter or Breaking Bad again. Nothing really interests me on Netflix or current TV.

I went to hischool with Boone from Shameless season 9. His little sister was the first girl that was ever attracted to me (and the last)

He's got the longest tenure of any member in the shows history iirc and he literally grew up doing sketch comedy on national television since he Was 10. Not really a hot take

Eddie Murphy was genius on SNL in his little time and was 19 when he first starred on the show. Also Will Ferrell, Dana Carvey, Tina Fey, Chris Farley, Bill Murray, etc.

Keenan doesn't make my top 10, but no way I see argument for him as number 1.

Yeah, in most things, quality > quantity. Most of the better cast members moved on because they were good enough to have other options. SNL is meant to be a jumping off point for young comedians where they can launch their career toward bigger and better things. It's not supposed to be a lifetime appointment.

For some, not others.

Cecily strong isn't doing shit. Some actuslly just like doing sketch comedy. Meanwhile Obviously there is a correlation between how good you are and how long you stay on.

Considering someone who has done it since he was 11, where would you go if you were him him?

You guys are talking on absolutes as if everyone and every generation was the same

I always felt Friends was even over hyped at the time it came out. I use to watch it in reruns after school and when we were bored in college. I've probably seen every episode but I feel like a bunch of sitcoms could break out for a second life like Friends has in the last couple years.

I also like HIMYM more. Happy Endings was the better version of friends that just never caught on.

Pete Davidson might be the new John Mayer. dude is getting girls way above his level.

I’m watching Goliath season 2 and it’s been awful so far.

He's 6'4, good looking, famous and so funny he's a comedian. He's also going to be a millionaire soon and he's 22.That's about as attractive as you can get.

Good looking? Dude looks like a clown. Yeah he’s funny and a millionaire, but the people who are dating him are also worth way more then him.

Pete Davidson is not good looking, not even close.

That said, he is beyond hilarious in my opinion and Grande did him a huge favor talking about how big his dick is.

He is goofy looking, but its all about personality with him and girls love his personality.

Plus he hangs out with some pretty cool people including Cleveland's own MGK

Look at this list of women the lead singer from the counting crows dated. Its mind blowing for how weird he looks.
