Ah, OJ. I remember I was in elementary when his trial happened. Seemed like everyone in the nation watched that and talked about it (this was before the Internet, cell phones, and 300+ TV channels were commonplace, of course). My parents were HUGE fans and remained convinced he's totally innocent, lol. Mom had a theory that someone else in his family did it.

There is a major theory the son did it. The DNA science was murky at best at the time, today you test the DNA and you would 100% know if it was him or a kid.

There is a whole theory that stems around the son and Nicole never got along, this is the oldest son, he was always jealous and thought she was cheating or something of that nature.

I think it was OJ, but lots of credible people who know the case well and work in law enforcement think its the son. If that interested I am sure you can do a google search and find articles. It isnt my theory, i am not a true crime junkie nor did i come up with it.

This isnt me being rude, but how old are you? The tial was what 1995? so i was 23 or so when it happened, i wonder if me being older during it makes a diffence why i knew the ulternative theory?

I know based on the evidence at the time, and what was allowed in court, the Jury got it right. I think OJ did it, but between the judge and prosecutor, and a genuis defense team, the Jury just didnt get all the facts.

Anyways, not trying to derail the thread, just always thought the son theory was interesting. BTW, the son has multiple personality disorder and other things, there is allot of weight to the theory he did it.

Of course OJ did it... I can’t believe this is a topic of conversation in 2022.

If you want a comprehensive recounting of OJ, the trial, and the unique circumstances surrounding the time period of early ‘90s LA, ESPN did a great six part documentary on the subject a couple years ago.

One takeaway was that a bunch of people on the jury knew that OJ was guilty and voted to acquit him anyway, to stick it to the L.A. police that unfairly targeted black men.

Of course OJ did it. He even wrote a book about how and why.
