Some media person attacking a college athlete for dropping a pass and being down on himself when he went home to visit his family...it's been all over the news but I haven't seen the press conference yet. I'm totally behind the coach on this one. Go Gundy!

The "kid" attacked is 21. Old enough to do anything, except run for president. Granted, it was pretty entertaining.

i mean, even if she did trash the guy, he is a grown ass man, 21 year old college student, if anything, this coach is making his own player look like a little bitch getting all mad about this, EVERYONE gets bashed in the paper, no need to cry over it. and then on top of that, trashing a female reporter....like that....keep it classy, Gundy.

He is still a young man, and he is still someone's kid. This guy apparently cares for his team. I applaud him. I didn't read the story, but I understand when people go after pro athlete's when they can't catch a pass or throw a ball... it's their job that they're paid to do for a living. This kid must be a good student that just likes to play football and shouldn't be belittled if he missed a catch. Big deal.

A woman reporter? Hardly..did you see her rebuttle? Either she went out and did a crawl to all the fastfood joints that night or her real name is Johnny Carlson and she's a man.

The only problem I have with what she wrote was the timing of the article. You don't write that negative of a piece on game day. Other then that the article was fine and the coach was bush league for dressing down a reporter like that.

I certainly would never address a woman in that manner regardless, however, as a "reporter"-- she's completely fair game...

Regardless of the sex of the reporter, the coach was actually acting like a little kid throwing a tantrum b/c he didn't get what he wanted. I would be embarrassed if I was an OSU fan. I enjoyed the video b/c it was funny watching Gundy make an ass of himself and his program, but that's about it.

Oh well I guess I'm the only one that's sick of journalists spouting off at the mouth criticizing people for being imperfect. I'm sure Jenni Carlson has never unintentionally ****ed up and felt bad about it. So therefor anyone who ever makes a mistake needs to be called out and have it magnified to the fullest. And afterwards they can take personal shots at their character...

She's a sports writer I guess..and when she goes off of the field to find a story and it's not related to a player being in trouble I think it's absolute bullshit.
