What do you expect us to do? Tell CV, Artest, and Ariza "I knoooow you verbally committed, but you didn't actually sign yet. If you just, y'know, let you hand slip with this pen in it on this piece of paper with a BUNCH of words and, oh, look! That looks close enough to your signature! What number would you like to wear?"
We didn't get the hyped names, and now we move on to realistic ones that won't try to hog spotlight but will do what is asked of them. If it's Parker, then so be it.

I think I'd rather have Barnes. I like Parker's story of playing in Israel and all, but Delonte is better than him. Aren't there any better wings still out there?

If Anthony Parker is the best they can do this offseason, that sets a very bad tone heading into next year.
Windhorst made it sound like it was a near lock that we ended up with at least Villanueva or Wallace 48 hours ago. Now we are slumming for over the hill wings whose best days were several years and a different continent ago?
At least our draft was go...eh. Forget it.
