Pat Riley Karma Safari / DWade to sign with Chicago

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Just read this. :chuckle:

"Rondo gonna drive to hoop and dish it out to Butler who's going to drive to hoop and dish it out to Wade who's going to drive to hoop and dish it out to Rondo who's going to drive to hoop and dish it out to Butler who's going to...Shot Clock Violation."

I have a hard time understanding why Heat fans or would burn his jersey seeing as Wade is a player past his prime not a top 5 player chasing rings. He sacrificed multiple times for the betterment of the franchise. Michael Conley over the life of his next contract will only make $3 million less than what Wade has made over his whole career.

It's not like Wade played a terrible playoff series and announced he was leaving during a television special or announced he was going to go join the Raptors after losing to them in the playoffs.

To be honest, it's a microcosm of how little the greater NBA public actually understood the pain and anger Cleveland fans endured at the time LeBron went ahead with 'The Decision.'

The backlast and jersey burning of Wade and Durant that we're seeing right now is almost like people have said "well, Cleveland set a precedent, whenever a star leaves our team we're burning their jerseys."

But there was so much more to it than just that at the time.

But hey, whatever, we're trend-setters now apparently :chuckle:

The Jersey Burn is a move perpetrated by a group or two of 3-4 bros who know they will get talked about, on tv, social media coverage, blog pics, etc.

It's not a real thing involved even a tiny swath of actual fanbases.

that's the funniest thing i've read all week.

Seriously though, a line-up of Rondo - DWade - Butler - Taj - Lopez is extremely solid defensively. Offensively though, its ancient basketball because the paint will be clogged as fuck!

Rangers, Yankees, Jets... Heat. Someone started following basketball in 2010.

Its best to ignore attention seeking cunts like these. No logic, no thinking. Just plain nonsense.

Teams will just abuse them, though. Would cover anything outside of 18 feet, and trap/hedge hard on any penetration. Frank's has it cut out for him...

Absolutely.

Ideally I think they should go with this:-

Valentine - Wade - Butler - Mirotic - Lopez.

Have Rondo and Taj come off the bench.

I think the Bulls just forgot we have had a 3-point line now for nearly four decades. They're kickin' it 70s style with this lineup.

It's not too often in the NBA you can only *half* jokingly suggest going under ball screens.
