I'd test my system before the draft. You would not believe how many times I've had the draft app hang. A LOT. The stuff below helps.

Turn off Pop-up blocker on browser

Delete Temporary Internet Files (Control Panel, Internet Options, General, Delete, Temp Int Files)

Download latest Java version v6.21 http://java.com/en

Download latest version of your browser (Help/Check for updates) For some reason, IE hangs less than Firefox for me.

Download Adobe Flash 10.1 http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Start/Settings/Control Panel/Internet Options/Security tab/Custom level, change to Medium temporarily

OR

Custom Level/Miscellaneous
Enable 'Allow scripting of Internet Explorer web browser control

Yeah, it sticks right there at the end a lot. Best way to get in, delete temporary internet files, reboot. Then if it fails again, let it keep trying to load but launch another instance on another browser. I'm having to run on IE but at least it works.
