RCF fantasy leagues?

I think RCF should have a fantasy leagues..whether it's through yahoo or whatever i think it will be fun. Right now yahoo has fantasy football and i wanted to know if any1 else would join the league if i start one of my own or if RCF mods and admins decides to start it? Which i think it would be great if we do a fantasy league with only us members in RCF.

I don't really mess with Fantasy Leagues much. Never had the time to keep up with it. If you guys want to start something up, you guys can go ahead and do it. Who knows, mabey one of our moderators could run it.

It's not really that hard to manage. Just need to do some planning ahead of time. And don't strike down trades.

i dont like runing leagues and i honestly think joma isnt that good either.. i made a bad decision in the nba league and joma made a really bad decision having fuckin 50 categories in the mlb league.. so who knows..

lol yea. i made a mistake with the mlb fantasy league but that was my first time running one. ive learned to stick with default settings.


But yea ive been running some un official rcf fantasy leagues. like baseball and football even though i like to call it official.

I always have time so yea ill probably make an un official/official nba fantasy league soon when we can on yahoo.


edit: id be willing to organize all fantasy stuff. Give me a fantasy forum with mod powers on the fantasy forum so i can sticky stuff. That way it can be more organized.

i also know how 2 run 1 but i think it will be better with a mod. I like joma's idea about a fantasy forum like they have on realgm but we actually have our own leagues.

I can make you guys a forum for it no problem. Just tell me when you have your teams set up, and what content you would like to be added on there.

I can even have sub forums for each one of your teams. example

would all be different forums so you can make trade proposals to each member that way. Meh, just an idea.

If we each had a diffrent forum asking for everyone to join our diffrent teamsteams...i dont know i just think it would be kind of hard getting people to join each one of our leagues if we all had the same sport. i think there should be just one person (even if its not me) controlling all the fantasy stuff and making an official rcf fantasy league for each sport, (maybe not hockey) but baseball basketball and football. I'd be up for the job.

I think the purpose of a rcf fantasy forum is for rcf fantasy leagues. There will be 1 league and not any different leagues. The sub team idea isn't a bad 1 at all INF.All the RCF league teams will have there own fantasy forum where other members with teams can offer trades and such. But we don't really need them but it is a good idea. What we do need is a forum and some1 to keep it organized and give every1 who's interested all the info on drafts and injuries and all of that.

I would be down with a fantasy team. In several football leagues - like basketball more because there are games every night. Let me know what the plan is....I'll track my team too (not one of those guys that never starts players, etc).
