Also, don't feel too bad @Kypus. This series is a mirror image of mine last year where I was the 3 seed and lost to Karma in the first round.

I slid in on a Tiebreaker...wonder if any of the others I was competing against for that 8 seed would have beaten Huber. We were close in some categories, but he killed me in 3 pointers made (66 - 14) and percentage (40% - 22%). Many more FGs made (255 - 191), which demonstrates to me that I may have caught him on a week where I had minimal player games...

Yes. Now that you mention it. RonG would have had a good shot- he was rising fast out of nowhere with Aaron Brooks and Bargnani, so I tried hard the last week to chop the head off that snake before he got going. Even tho he wasn't in my playoff bracket I saw him as potentially knocking off Huber (so nothing personal, Ron) and whereas you CCF, had a bunch of single digit% pickups (Payne Snell JThomp). So with that 3-way tiebreaker, I thought abt sandbagging it to let Ron slide into that 8th spot, but I didn't want to chance going up against DeAndre Jordan's 20 RPG in the playoffs.

So that's how your creampuff wagon made it in CCF. You asked

So non-playoff teams are locked. This consolation round is a dog-and-pony show as it doesn't affect your final standing out of 16, which is what actually counts toward your permanent stats in the Yahoo trophy case.

So my question to you dudes is, should we lock the teams as they get bounced from the playoffs? I like to protect the integrity of the championship matchups, which is kind of hard to do if ppl are still snagging the best WW options. I admit it- I've done it, it's common in other leagues to maintain a team to the end of the consolation round. Should we just leave it as an unwritten rule that only a douchenozzle would step in? Lock it down? What do you guys think?

Im still pissed... I realized after my last trade I needed to change over 5 roster spots.. and not enough weeks to do it. I really really thought I had a chance if I could have gotten in as an 8th seed. I think one more week of pick ups and I would have had a real shot at winning it all. I was still trying to clean up my roster and I had to run up 3 of the top 6 seeds the last few weeks. I will win this league sooner than later. Learned some valuable lessons this year.

I'm pretty sure Golden State plays 4 games each week of the playoffs. He was plotting this shit for weeks.

Oh I know do. I pulled the same move in my other league.

But all the Warriors games coupled with all my injures this week... I had 7 games Monday and Tuesday. Surge had 17.
