Round 1 Game 2 | Pacers @ Cavs | Cavs lead 1-0| April 17, 2017

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
TOs and Kyrie's defense are our cancer right now.

If the Cavs would simply value the basketball and clean up tiny tiny tiny little bullshit like the last two turnovers, we'd be up 8-12.

More than half the buckets scored so far have been due directly to mistakes or lack of effort by Kyrie. This is not the Kyrie of last year's playoffs

First time Kyrie tries to defend and it leads to a LeBron fast break dunk.

LeBron will need to use energy on George and ride Kyrie/Love on offense.

Little known fact: Larry Bird has only smiled two times in his entire life. Once when his daughter was born, and another time when he ate a really good cheesecake.

I mean, Kyrie's defense down the stretch was a big part of why we won last game. Thought he played great D against the Celtics also. This dude can defend. Right now he doesn't seem to give a shit.

Make no mistake, the Cavs' roster is riddled with below average defenders. However, it seems to me that the biggest issue on that end, the root of so many of their problems, is simply effort. They're just so damn lazy on almost every defensive possession. It's mind-boggling.

He hasn't been the same for the last few weeks. He's doing things that he normally doesn't do like miss layups and missing easy shots. I wonder if he's banged up still.

Great D by Kyrie on that possession. He created that dunk essentially with D. I hope he sees how much him playing good D means to us.

A few mis-haps early, but you guys really need to lay off murdering Kyrie every single time he makes a few mistakes defensively.

He had multiple game-saving defensive plays yesterday, and he just had another great defensive play right there.

The effort is there from him. He needs to shore up his defensive decision making and his consistency, for sure. And he really had no chance when switched on George anyway.

No point in going under on Teague, everytime he drives into the paint he poops himself.
