Was anyone else watching this game? 3 straight missed calls before a St. John's player not only travels but STEPS OUT OF BOUNDS with 1.7 remaining. Officials walked off the court and that was it. I mean can anything be done about this? Obvious missed calls and the commentators are just as confused as I am.

Just saw this and I'm also shocked. The announcers are right, the refs just stopped refing. The one ref immediately sprinted off the court. Makes me sick to my stomach that the Rutgers kids got cheated out of a last play, especially one that would have been from half court.

Just saw it on Youtube, wow, just wow:

The picture here is way too big and will screw up the view of the thread, so here's the link.

Mike Rice wasn't even looking at the sidelines. For those that didn't watch the game and watch the YouTube video notice he's yelling for a foul on the player fighting for the ball. I wonder what his reaction was when someone finally showed him.

Over under in the game was 128.5/129 depending on your book. As a lifetime sports betting loser that had zero money on the outcome, that was as fixed as it comes. No doubt in my mind. The reactions of the refs basically sealed the deal for me. No excuse. For a ref to watch a player run out of bounds before he hears the horn sound, is not a mistake IMHO.

i was watching this game and it blew my mind. I cannot believe they did not call the traveling or out of bounds, let alone the 2 fouls which shoulda been called against St. Johns in the last few seconds that werent. the game prolly was rigged.

Refs hurried off like they had a meeting to catch

Who was expecting him to go out of bounds? Im sorry, big Rutgers fans here, are we?

Does that matter? He went out of bounds. Whether the refs expected it or not, they still should have gone back and looked at it. Especially since he threw the ball out of bounds before the clock even went off.
