He’s the starting free safety on a team that wins the Super Bowl in 2020.
Would expect it to be Randall plays better than Thomas at the line. Still not a bad problem to have.Thomas can slide over to strong safety?

While Dorsey is great at acquiring talent in crafty ways, my buddy (KC diehard) laments that he isn't as well-versed in working out contract flexibility for the future. We have a lot of young studs that will be asking for some big $$ the next few years.
Most of the guys on the roster won't be here or can easily be cut with big cap savings by 2021. It's only the cap rollover that will be missed.Still a little worried about our cap situation with a potential Thomas signing.

He played it quite a bit in 2014. My guess is they can use both he and Randall. Alternatively, they move Randall back to CB, and find another strong safety.Thomas can slide over to strong safety?

In reality, they probably would do some combination of both to disguise coverage, which is Wilks’ thing.
