I'm hoping to pick up a Playoff Pack tomorrow, but I just don't have the cash to attend every game. So, I hope to sell about half the tickets on StubHub or the like to make up for it.

Anyone sold on there before?

(Also as a side note, if anyone here is interested in tickets, I'll be looking to sell 2 Loudville seats for probably at least 2 games per round. I'll offer 'em for a little cheaper than whatever the going rate for them on StubHub, etc. is, so if anyone is looking for tickets let me know! PM me)

I've had some success selling my seats for regular season games on StubHub, but haven't typically done as well for the playoff games. I think the issue I've had is that StubHub ends the sale a few days before the game to give time for shipping and such to occur. This has been problematic for me in terms of not knowing which games I'm going to be able to attend until the actual game dates have been determined.

For example, Game C could be Round 1 Game 5 or Round 2 Game 1. If I'm really interested in going to Round 2 Game 1, I've got to wait until Round 1 wraps up before knowing which game (C, D or E) that will end up being.

Of course it doesn't cost anything to list, so it can't hurt right?

Just some food for thought...

Stubhub has been moving more towards the whole email ticket delivery method so your listing may stay up longer if that option is available. Either way I'm sure you will be able to sell the games you don't plan on attending.

I found stubhub to be extremely expensive for my browns tickets this past year. Not only do they charge the buyer a pretty big percentage fee (like 10-15%) but they charge you the same fee on sale. The s&h is also silly. I ended up wishing I had used ebay instead.

I'm looking to buy from StubHub, but have never used it before. Looks like they charge an arm and a leg like Mixman said. I've never been to a playoff game and I'm looking at Home game E- that does mean the ticket can be used for Game 5 of Round 2 IF NECESSARY, or if it isnt, then Game 1 of Round 3...correct?

Or no?

I'm pretty sure that if you buy a ticket there for Game E, it will work for either Game 5 of this round or Game 1 of the next round, depending on what happens this weekend.

As a side note, I have tickets available to the next game that I am looking to sell. If you are interested, PM me and I'll give you the details. I'm just looking for something around the average price of what the tickets are going for on Stubhub, etc.

Yes, Game E is Game E (i.e. the fifth home playoff game) regardless of opponent.

If you can't sell your tickets, I'd be happy to take em off your hands. You should be able to sell em though.
