I'd argue that, at any point in the year, someone could use a rest. Right now it looks like Salazar needs it. Put him on the DL when Kluber comes back, and go from there.

I think the best thing for Salazar is to continue pitching.

I know you want to get guys rest, but we need our best players out there getting reps, and getting into a rhythm.

Andrew Miller talked about a series win vs this team could get them going in the right direction, I think he's on to something. Did we get lucky by not facing Keuchel? Sure, but we're not complaining. I was going with the trends and expecting Bauer and Salazar to cave in vs these group of hitters which are really good. Instead they pitched their ass off. Cheers to that!!
