Let's say you can't get Eli back - would you guys demand ur money back and quit or play it out? (keep this in mind while reading)
Ok, now onto the plot-
So yesterday was our trade deadline (midnight to be exact). Now it's not as if I needed this trade to salvage my season or anything, as my team is quite stacked. I just wanted to have more depth at the qb position since Schaub went down (Big Ben is my other).
Here was the offer, from my buddy, who happens to be the commish (bare that in mind)
He had offered me at like 4pm
Eli Manning
For
James Starks and Denarrious Moore
I was trying my damnest to get Drew Brees but there just wasn't a deal there (didn't want to break up my rb trio of McCoy/Rice/CJ2K
Anyways, 11:30 rolls around and it doesn't look like the Brees deal is getting done. So I accept the trade HE OFFERED to me. 10 minutes after I accept it, he texts me "yo, think im just gonna stand pat". I responded by saying already accepted bro.
20 minutes after I accept it, I get an email confirmation regarding the trade...or so I thought.
This fucker vetoed the trade because he changed his fucking mind and only bc he is the commish. I text bombed his ass and he said he'd change it back, but our deadline passed already (he better do it manually).
So again, the Question: let's say you can't get Eli back - would you guys demand ur money back and quit or play it out?
