Once in a while I have an issue with this lagging up not letting me load a post. But then stopping the browser window and reopening tends to fix it.

It can be your route to the server this site is on, down load a trace route utility and run it to RCF. Just because you run fast to one server doesn't mean you will run the same speed to another. Not to mention packet loss and what not.

Everytime I make a post it takes a few minutes before it shows that I made the last post in a certain thread. But it doesnt really bother me that much.

Basicly what he said, same thing is going on for me.

It could be that IE7 sucks for vB nowadays?, At work I use FF 2/3 and never have a problem.

Also it is NOT the net connection I have, trust me.
