Their receivers are much better, but the main difference is at QB. Watson will throw the ball into small windows. Barrett will not.

The complaint all year has been we run Weber and Barrett too much, and don't give it to Samuel. We've been feeding Samuel all game not run Barrett or Weber very much. Maybe it's not scheme or play calling, maybe it's just that the players are not that good.
