Does anyone know when new jerseys have been released in the past?

I'm curious what Nike has been working on.
 
That cavs font is fucked up.

The left leg of the A slants forward so it makes the gap between the C and A look bigger than the gap between the V and S

They just needed to close the gap on the C slightly and move the diagonal on the S closer to center to fix it.

Optically, it looks better because the diagonal line in the S mirrors the diagonal cutout in the C.

To me, that is where they fucked up. Just quickly doing that already makes it look better to me.

One of the other things that makes less sense is the asymmetry to the angles. The diagonal on the S doesn't match the diagonal on the opening of the C.....which seems odd.

I might take a stab at fixing these angles to see how it will look but my sense is it would look a hell of a lot better.

With all that said, it's just a logo mark. If the jersey is designed well, I'm sure none of us will even care.

Here is what I was getting at.....

I actually think they were on the right path here but just adjusting the angles makes this look so much better to be.

Reduce the severity of the angle in the "teeth" of the C and S and shift the angle of the A and V to be more upright. Match the angle for the little tail at the top of the A.

This isn't perfect and obviously would need some more love and time but it looks so much better to me. It reduces all the weird gaps going on in between letters.

But I'm just a guy on a message board. :chuckle:

I like where you were going with getting rid of the weird gaps but now it feels like all the weight is shifted to the left side and feels unbalanced.
 
Don't be shocked if this is fake.

2k17 allows you to create any type of jersey.

But that is fucking A1 top of the line
