The Official Game of Thrones [A Song of Ice and Fire] Thread (includes spoilers)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yeah Oberyn was probably the worst.

But how long the camera stayed on Cat Stark's slit throat was pretty gross.

And I just finished re-watching Season 6, when The Mountain basically ripped that fuckin' dudes head off. I could only imagine him putting his hand in his mouth and just straight yankin' up.

There has been some good ones. Some sad ones too. (The other Stark at the Red Wedding who was pregnant, forget her name. And when the direwolf jumps to the WW's to take the fall so Bran can escape before the Hodor scene. Hodor himself. Shit, even when the damn giant wildling sacrifices himself and is sitting there breathing heavily looking at Snow, then gets shot in the eye by Ramsay.)

Rickon's death wasn't sad. He was the dumbfuck for running in a straight line after he saw the first arrow being shot. I definitely woulda been like:

Fuckin pumped for next Sunday.

I posed this question to my brother last night after we had just watched the episode where Joffrey is poisoned at his wedding, which btw is a very underrated death scene. Go back and watch if you haven't seen in awhile. It's much more brutal than i remembered...Which main character do you think has suffered the worst fate?

I still think Shireen takes the cake, even though we didn't get to witness the actual death....that whole scene was incredibly hard to watch.
Yep been going through season 4 and up with the girlfriend to catch her up. Joffrey scene is really well done. I kept thinking about the Shireen scene when reassuring her that the Oberyn death is the worst on the show.

If not Theon, Sansa probably. Watched her dad die, tormented by Joffrey, embarassed into marrying Tyrion (although Tyrion was a gentleman about it), then the entire Ramsey debacle.

After re watching season 6:

How do the cages/cells Ramsey had for his killer dogs work? Seems like you have to be inside the main door to open the the individual cells. When Sansa kills Ramsey, she's standing outside, but the cages were open.

I don't think she can open them from the outside. Is the show implying she opened the cells, and the dogs didn't immediately eat her, and let her walk outside?

Or is the show saying the dogs had been trained to not eat her? That still doesn't make sense because they were also trained not to kill Ramsey, but they ate him anyway because he had been starving him.

Cool death scene, but I don't know how Sansa pulled it off.

And she's a red head...

although she is hot as hell.

Thought the same exact thing after I finished watching a couple days ago.

Also have to think then, how in the hell did Ramsay get in there tied up if the cages were open?

Only explanation has to be they were closed, they put him in there, tied him up..then how did they get opened without the 7 day starving dogs running out and tearing them all to pieces? And it was quite odd how the cages were open the WHOLE time during their little dialogue, he was dripping blood, and they waited that long to come to him?

I honestly think it was just bad writing/editing (??) by everyone. I examine shit like that/think into things while watching shows way to much, how in the hell did they not catch that?

They released the titles and synoposis of the first three episodes. Most interesting was in, episode 2, I think, "Dany gets an unexpected visitor."

Money is on Daario, but could be either of the red women or Jorah.

Gendry finally returns to Dragonstone. With gigantic biceps.

Pretty excited for the premiere. Going to be eating hella lemon cakes.

I am pretty sure that came out this week! It was posted new as of yesterday!

I know there are some scenes from previous trailers/teasers but I believe that exact one is new to promote this week?!

Oh well, I am still excited.

It's definitely been out for several weeks. Still a good trailer though.

Alright, this is bugging me.

Is it "ser-SAY" or "ser-SEE"? I always assumed "ser-SEE" but I hear enough youtube videos calling her "ser-SAY" that I am not sure.
