His stats were inflated by mediocre defenses? Unless you mistyped that makes no sense.

I mean, I was expecting the typical Man U fan response that his Tourette's is what makes him shit.

I get what he is saying. This is comparable to Tibo Courtois of Chelsea. He is rated as a top top keeper (Heck we sold Cech to Arsenal to make him our starter) and Tibo has looked great when our defense looked great last year. This year once our defense went crappy, Tibo was called upon to make more saves and he did save, but some of the goals he let is were bad -and not something you expect form someone tabbed a top top keeper (esp when the team needs you to step up).

On paper I was worried when i saw the line up of Chelsea but the Villains are so way off form that we scored 4 over them. Anything that Lerner touches turns to poo !

Champions League.

Champions League Trophy = Kings of Europe.
League season title = Kings of that Country.

Not to mention some league titles are virtually awarded before the season starts (France Ligue 1, Bundesliga, etc.)

Not to mention that, since the new Champions League format was implemented (I believe it was aroound 1990), no one could win twice in back to back years.

An there was some historic teams around, from Capello's Milan to Pep Guardiola Barcelona. This should give you a sign of how difficult is to get one.

I'm committing to Atletico being my La Liga team. I love watching them play, and Griezmann and Luis - even though considered stars - are underrated. I think Griezmann really should be in the elite player conversation.

What a great season for football. A team with 5000/1 odds to win the BPL will win it, La Liga is in a three way race for the title, Champions League has four great teams competing for the title, etc. I definitely have enjoyed this season.

You guys got Torres to score again !!! Genius !! As a Chelsea fan who watched our club pay 50 million quids for him, I am a bit sad - but that Champions League win against Barca kinda makes up for it!

I don't think he's physical enough to be a BPL player anymore. He's good in La Liga and Serie A, where the play is more elegant, but not BPL.

To think that Liverpool took all that money and spent it on Andy Caroll and sold him to West Ham. Crazy !!!

Chelsea could use all that money and more now. I think this is a monumental rebuilding task for Conte.

Congratulations To Leicester being the 6th different team to win the title in EPL history. After watching the Chelsea vs Tottenham game I remember why i hate the spurs so much. It is a miracle how none of the Tottenham players escaped without a red card.
