The Trump Administration (just Trump) Thread

Morning Joe got a call from higher ups letting them know the DNC wasn't pleased with how harsh Mika and Joe were being towards Clinton... FWIW... Not that I think this is a measurement of anything, MSNBC is quite liberally biased.

Megyn Kelly as a moderator in a debate crushed Trump.....Megyn Kelly had the second highest rated prime-time political show after O'Reilly, and crushed Trump every night. Her show was higher rated than any single show on MSNBC or CNN at the time.

Shepard Smith, an openly gay man, crushes Trump every day between 5pm and 6pm.

Without a doubt, you have the right leaning Tucker Carlson's, and complete hacks like Sean Hannity.

But where is the Shepard Smith on CNN or MSNBC? Where is the Megyn Kelly on CNN or MSNBC that elevates their careers by being at least semi objective.

The whole "white santa" shit is dumb on her part....personally I couldn't give a shit. My wife is African, and I'm white, and I could give a shit if my son believes santa or Jesus is white or black, or something likely "in-between"...she made a point about the "commercially accepted" Santa as being white. It doesn't change her honest feelings for Trump being openly aired every night on the Kelly file were she was getting death threats from viewers for her unabashed views on nominee Trump.

It's so interesting to see how far the right has been pushed to call Megyn Kelly any kind of unbiased journalist.

I could refute this with some of my favorite Jon Stewart clips, much less an actual Google search.

Well Santa isn't real, so...

We've had this discussion before.

CNN didn't give Hillary debate questions, Donna Brazille did.

I don't say CNN counseled Trump, even though they hired Corey Lewandowski while he was still being paid by the Trump camp. That would be disingenuous.

Also, there was no fake protest. You were fooled.

To say CNN didn't give Hillary debate questions when Donna was employed by CNN before leaving for the DNC, and had a "rehire" date after the election is so disingenuous....

And the whole Corey Lewandowski thing isn't even relevant. He was a contributor to TV shows. Even Fox News has Dems in nearly every segment. I'm talking about hosts who control the content of their shows.

I'd love to see a Shep Smith on CNN, or Megyn Kelly on MSNBC who just goes against the grain of their TV station on a daily basis.

Find me a single debate moment where an MSNBC or CNN anchor went after Hillary like Fox News did of Trump......just one.

Find me continual clips like I can do of the "Kelly File" where night after night she attacks Trumps moral compass and his attack on women. I mean, just watch the below clip from beginning to the end. Give me a break......

That's a gentle way of stating a CNN employee who was put on leave while heading up the DNC during the primary, and had her seat being held warm until after the election.

I mean, CNN had to make a public statement they wouldn't be bringing her back to her paid gig. It's kind of laughable...

Not to mention in her email she openly stated she got questions multiple times. So there's that too...

So CNN hiring Corey Lewandowski to the same role is different?

So me saying CNN was counseling the Trump campaign and administration is accurate, by your definition.

Yeah, it's way different. This debate isn't worth being had if we're talking about a CNN employee giving debate questions to their favorite candidate is somehow equatable to them letting Corey Lewandowski give his opinion as the lone republican in single segments.

It's ridiculous.

Did Corey Lewandowski work for Fox News for multiple years, temporarily leave Fox News to work for the RNC, then get debate questions given to him and in turn give them to the Trump campaign? Then get caught via WikiLeaks, blame the transgression on Russians creating "fake e-mails" and then need Fox News to issue a statement that Corey would no longer be getting his seat back due to leaking said debate questions?

I don't know how you're not understanding what I'm saying, but it doesn't appear that you do.

Simply assigning a contributors actions to the network is disingenuous.

I'd argue that it's false. They're responsible for the actions of their employee, but you simply can't act as though they signed off on her actions.

Corey Lewandowski was paid by CNN and was the Trump team.

By your logic, CNN was advising Trump.
