The Trump Administration (just Trump) Thread

Why do you always do this? Anytime someone post something critical of trump you immediately try and jump to a conclusion. Why do you do that? You do this like this is a Law & Order episode and everything will be solved within the hour of consuming some information.

Do you see how this makes it extremely hard for anyone to take you seriously or anyone else for that matter who thinks this is just an episode of a crime TV drama? This is a very real and a very significant case in American History yet anytime someone points out anything that could be looked at as critical of trump you try and downplay it as a joke like this has no effect on any of our lives.

C'mon man. This isn't TV. This is real life. It's not a joke. Nobody will be a winner at the end of this. At this point it's not even about winning. It's so much deeper than that but you continuously keep downplaying it and it's not even about you having different opinions than anyone else. These are literal facts and real things that happened and when someone brings it to your attention you make a joke out of it.

I mean this in the most respectful way. Grow up.
That's where you're wrong. It is a joke. Russia wasn't the reason Trump won the election, and the people hanging on every little thread thinking Trump is about to be impeached deserve to be mocked for it. Trump won. Get over it already.

And liberals on the record saying we don't need voter ID cards because election fraud is miniscule. Which is it?

Well, paying for a Voter ID would be a poll tax, which you'll recall from fourth grade is unconstitutional.

But in-person voter fraud doesn't appear to be anything but minuscule.

What the bleep does liberals have to do with anything that was said on the last page here? Nothing that's what. At some point you're gonna have to cut the crap of always trying to play multiple angles on issues that only involve one side. Liberals have zero to do with Sheriff Clarke and The NRA meeting with Russians in Russia. Zero. So there's no reason at all to even bring up liberals.

You're house is on fire and you are pointing out how bald the tires on your car are. Stay on topic and try and make a point, any point, a single point without trying to drag people into a discussion that has nothing to do with them. This has nothing to do with liberals. Address what is actually being said here. Trump's guys Sheriff Clarke and The NRA were meeting with Russians and have been building relationships with them since Flynn had that dinner with Putin and they are being investigated for funding the NRA who in turn funded Trump's campaign.

There's nothing in there to do with liberals so please don't muddy the already dirty water here. It's hard enough keeping up with a 71 year old man whop doesn't even know what he wants for breakfast and we're trying to maintain some of the values that we have as a nation and you're trying to divert the conversation to something that has absolutely nothing to do with this.

What? Get over what? There is an active ongoing investigation into The President of The United States and a foreign adversary. How exactly can you get over that? Are you asking everyone to ignore this whole investigation and every single thing that has proven to be true? Why? Do you think all of this is some giant made up conspiracy?

Oof...

If you want to keep beating the Trump/Russia collusion drum that's fine, but we're going to keep making jokes about it. At some point you gotta just accept that Trump won the election fair and square. Maybe 2020 will yield a better result for the Dems.

What even is collusion?

Never heard of such a word.

The United States Government literally won't accept it themselves and are currently investigating it but you want us common folk to get over it?

Grow up man.

Have a good one man. Let me know when Trump gets impeached and takes everyone down with him :chuckle:

The Pavlovian response of conservatives to any news about Russia is somewhat predictable.

Whether it's screaming "fake news" at them, talking about "collusion," seemingly ignoring a Republican-led special counsel investigation which has resulted in at least one guilty plea thus far.

The "Hillary lost, get over it" tone might be the worst of the bunch. As though that somehow excuses all of our intelligence services concluding that Russia influenced our election process.

The American people need to get over that.

Insufferable.

But we still have less corruption/inequality than <insert African country here> so everything is OK!

We already pay for elections through taxes.
