Just got to Athens in Odyssey. I figured it would be in the game, but I didn't think it would be even more impressive than Novigrad in Witcher 3.
No RDR2 on PC fucking sucks.... Ugh.. Now I've gotta pick between buying an Xbox One X or a PS4 Pro while wanting neither.
Have they confirmed it will never come to PC? Because the last GTA game was like a year delayed on PC but it made its way here eventually and was wildly successful.
I'm sure it'll come, but AFAIK RDR1 was 2 years before hitting PCs and from what I've read, there are no plans to release a PC version of the game... Which is funny since the game was obviously developed on the PC, and being cross-platform, there's almost assuredly a PC build.
You would thinks so but rockstar had been porting all their games to pc forever and that is the one game they didn't do. I would bet on them porting rd2 to pc because they made so much damn money on gta v PC.Yeah, but the original Red Dead was ages ago back before Rockstar had made a fortune with a PC GTA game. I think RDR2 finds its way to PC eventually.

They may hold off on the port for a year or two simply to increase long-term sales. RDR is a perfect game to play single-player, which means many PC gamers will download pirated copies. My guess is that Rockstar will try to mitigate that as much as possible by keeping the game on consoles for as long as they can, then releasing an "enhanced" version on the PC when they feel the need to spike sales again.

Wait, they released a new Witcher game a couple of days ago and no one told anyone? Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales. Anyone play this??
That's really high praise. I'll need to check it out.
It's part of their Gwent game.
Yeah, Athens is just massive. Feels like it goes on forever. And it's a little deceiving when you're entering the city because the hill with the Parthenon on it blocks everything that lies behind. But man, once you climb up to the top of the statue of Athena on top of the hill, you can really see how truly crazy big the city is.
I tried to find a good picture, but this was the best I could do:
The gate on the bottom left is the one I entered the city through, and you really can't appreciate the sheer scope of it until you're up on the hill and see the other side.
