These guys are good

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I feel you are trying to find a silver lining in a game we never were really in. There was not a single time in that game when I thought; "We got this." Normally I can think we can win a game, or at least it seems like we can win, even at the end. I wrote it at half time that I didn't feel good about this game. That feeling never left me, even when we got it to four points at the end.

Not really a silver lining. There is nothing *good* about this loss. I just don't put a ton of stock into it like you do, and I also think it was a pretty close game.

This game just reaffirmed my man crush on Craft. I love watching guys put in his kind of effort on defense. Absolutely awesome.

It was not a close game. Not once did OSU have the lead in the 2nd half. Not once did OSU get within one possesion in the entire 2md half. It wasnt a blow out by any means, but by no realistic definition was that a close game. OSU made a run, but never got within even a single possesion much less take a lead, then Purdue slammed the door shut. Purdue controlled the tempo and forced OSU to play their game. I dont see the same outcome if we meet again in B10 finals, OSU is the better team (although we did expose your lack of depth) but I am hoping we did enough to get a 2nd seed. Dont worry, OSU will still get a 1 seed.

No doubt. This time next year Craft will be on everyone's draft board.

I'm not worried. You should direct that at Doug...he appears very concerned.

Ask yourself this: Did, in the final 3 minutes, Ohio State have a chance to win before the refs failed to call that crucial violation? The answer is yes. We'll have to agree to disagree about close game or not. A 4 point game in the final minutes is a close game. I don't care if OSU never had the lead in the 2nd half or if Purdue controlled the tempo. You can believe whatever you want to. By your logic, no game is ever close if one team "controls the tempo" and the other "never has a lead in the 2nd half." Horrible logic, but again...your opinion is your opinion.

But you're wrong. :chuckles:

If i hear one more story on how they were "recruiting JJ, and next thing you know, here comes Jared from the backyard"

All the guys are jealous, looks like Aaron went to Jared:king:

Good overall game tonight. How does a team have three TO's in a full game?

All players were into the game and played well. Take away about half the threes they made and we won by 30 or more.

This team is so much harder to defend when Buford is on. This is exactly what they need in March.

If I hear one more story about Jared Sullinger's amazing rear end.....

Seriously, every color guy will mention it once a game.

geez. Duke lost today. SD State lost today. Texas lost today.

LOL

The parity in college basketball is almost too sad. The fact that players go one and done has created a situation where there are no great teams anymore. This year's NCAA tournament is going to be won by the team who has the most luck.

You think?? I think it will be more about team focus and execution of gameplan, no home court advantage so whoever want's it more

Which team wants it more then?

:shifty:
