True ill give you that man,they are all being hypocrites.So many tats are stupid in the nba,i have 3 on me but I have clearly thought everything through before i got them.They just make so much money they could give two shits if it looks ignorant or anything like that.Everyday workers like most of this world cant afford to do such stupidity to our body because we arent set for life for the most part financially like them.

I think you're projecting here. I don't think the reason they get the ignorant tats is because they're rich...I think it's just because they're ignorant. :chuckles:

There's plenty of working class folks that get moronic tats too. It all has to do with, like you said, thinking them through. IMO and seemingly yours too, a tat should be meaningful and mean something to you long term.

Half these guys just get some thought that goes through their mind that might "look cool" and have someone start carving it into their skin. Rich non-Asian athletes aren't the only ones getting Chinese characters tatted on themselves.

Meanwhile...I'm sorry, but unless you're Chinese, those characters are just about the dumbest goddamn tattoo out there.

You know, it's rather funny that Amar'e has Black Jesus tattoo'd on his neck, but if you ask around the NBA who "Black Jesus" is, the only name mentioned is MJ.

In fact, C-Webb and Payton have been calling him that since they've been broadcasting.

Amar'e should be punched for that tat.

Actually Earl Monroe was known as Black Jesus when MJ was still a kid.

Being from Akron, I think LeBron's 330 tat on his forearm is pretty sick, along with the "Gloria" with stars on his shoulder.

I choose not to do the work for other people. They either do it themselves, or continue being ignorant. It doesn't affect my life in the slightest. But I do appreciate you spelling it out for them.

With that said, I'm not the least bit religious, so it's not like I give a rat's ass about what it says in the bible. I have 9 tattoos nowadays.
