Honestly I don't see why, if we are goong all in on LeBrons last few years, we dont try and make him the centerpiece for Carmelo.

I dont know if the Knicks go for it, but I do wed at least have one win in this series right now if you swapped those two.

TT was one of my favorite players but he's all but cursed himself. He doesn't care. I watch him and he hardly tries to get extra possessions now. He used to at least draw fouls for trying, much like Love was able to do. Because he looks like he could care less I could care less if they trade him now.
 
You pay a guy 80 million dollars to do ONE thing.....rebound the damn basketball. He's not a rim protector and he has zero feel for the game offensively- fuck, he just figured out what hand he should be shooting with.

I understand that GSW is a bad matchup for him, but 10 total rebounds in 3 games? That's beyond pathetic.

If you can't play a guy vs every team in the league you shouldn't be paying him 80 million dollars. That type of money should be used on guys that won't be rendered useless because of a certain matchup.
 
Honestly I'm not sure I'm sold on this whole small ball center thing when you're center doesn't space the floor...at all.

The best this team has looked was year 1, with a productive Mozgov. We win the title that year if Irving and Love play. Damn shame.

Defense has been downhill ever since Mozgov's play took a nosedive. It's been an unmitigated disaster in Tristan's first year as a full time starter, and he's been completely exposed this series.

If homie had even an ounce of a floater game out to 12 feet he would've averaged 20 ppg. They were giving him that shot and he was not even looking at it.
 
Loved Moz but honestly that year was an anomaly. We had him for his peak season before he fell a part, returned to his usual production.
 
I would trade Tristan Thompson for literally anything anyone would give us for him this off-season.

Prisoner of the moment? Maybe. However, I don't think he provides us with anything that someone from the D-League couldn't give us if they hustle.

Hes lost every jump ball to Zaza Pachulia. He isn't even boxing out. That irritates the shit out of me.

His finals stats are replaceable. Thats all that we play for going forward. If you cant fit in for the finals, you have no place being here.
