He won't average a double double. He could do that when he was playing 30+ a night and I seriously doubt he'll get back to 30mpg. I think he's far more likely to stay around 20mpg or lower. He's not averaging a double double at those minutes nor could he hold up for 30+ per game over a season anymore.Double T will average a double double this season.
