Tyronn Lue has been fired

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Love dominated that first half and they move to ISO for almost 20 minutes to begin the 2nd half. Such a disappointment how the Cavs seem to avoid Love like the plague whenever he has a great first half.

To be fair, he was awful in the second half. They did go to him, and he had like three straight turnovers and was a hot mess. And was never the same since. Love didn't come out the same way at all.

If you consider 80-96 .449% in the playoffs winning. Then yes, he was amazing . I loved how he had white dude Ehlo chasing around Jordan .. brilliant

Ehlo was on Jordan like stink on shit. It was just a miracle shot. It wasn’t bad defense.

No excuse for the coaching staff being unable to make the adjustments needed to counter some of the moves made by the Pacers in the second half.

No excuses for LeBron James having to play the entire second half. The Cavs were up by 17 at the half. At some point, the Cavs need to give James a few moments of rest.

No excuse for zero team offense in the second half.

...

They opened the third quarter with 57-40 lead, then shot 1-for-10 from 3-point range in that period. Why not call time out and demand the players move the ball and go to the rim?

...

After the game, coach Tyronn Lue had no answers. He said Indiana was more aggressive.

One more thought on Lue. You know, every coach gets ripped when his team loses games, but Lue is just mediocre head coach material. He's stressed out, having all these health problems. I feel bad for him and I think it's because he's the Peter Principle in action.

Go back to being an assistant, Ty. Settle at your level of competence- nothing wrong with being an asst. Most guys never get that far. Less pressure, rest easier.

You have to be kidding about Wilkens. He was leagues better than Lue and actually one of the best coaches this franchise has ever had. He took a bunch of kids and molded them into a quality team.
Wilkins failed, anyone think his years in Cleveland were a success must be a Bulls fan

Man I thought Pluto was fired years ago

LeBron is 100% trolling, his response to why we blew that game was "they were more aggressive."

Oh God that aggressive stuff again. Alright I'll say it. I'm fully off the Lue bandwagon. I hope this guy doesn't get another head coaching gig. This is awful stuff

It seemed to me they got him "posting up" from about 18 feet away from the hoop with 5 seconds on the shot clock.

I'm not sure if it's about him handling the pressure or if he had something that triggered some sort of annexity issue. This isn't the same Lue as the Championship year or even last year. When a star player demands a trade because of the coaching and shits on him to the media even after he leaves can cause issues. The same thing with IT openly shitting on the coaching staff while he was here. Whatever Lue is dealing with he needs to get help from a professional with it and he can't have his team suffer while he gets treatment. A person's mind and body takes time to adjust to meds and they still need long term counseling to take time to work thru their issues.

Just kill me. It’s a clown show.

His was given a bunch of kids with very high ceilings and he still failed bigtime.

Wilkins didn’t trade Ron Harper. Wilkens didn’t elbow Mark Price in the head. It wasn’t Wilkins’ fault that the Pistons traded for Mark Aquirre. It was wasn’t Wilkins’ fault that the Bulls drafted Scottie Pippen...

It’s Wilkins fault he has a career .449 record in the playoffs .. if you are legit and actually craved basketball during that era, no way in hell you liked Wilkins as a coach. Wilkins the person was amazing , his coaching was horrendous
