I just got another notification for Game D tickets that will go on sale via Ticketmaster tomorrow starting at 10am and then 12p via this link.

Here is your opportunity to purchase single game tickets to the Cleveland Cavaliers Home Playoff Game D (Round 2 Home Game 2) of the 2009 NBA Playoffs.
