We need to be all over Ariza

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
8-10 million for a guy who did nothing in his entire career until playing over his head for a couple months in the playoffs?

Maybe an 8-10 million dollar contract TOTAL over 2-3 years.

It's a waste to even chase. He'll get more then the mid and we can't offer anymore.

We have no chance at Trevor Ariza.

He wants more than we have available. With what we have available, L.A. would just keep him.

But, he is not getting what he is asking for, that is definite.

I can't even wrap my mind around paying 8-10 million a year for a SHOOTING GUARD that's never scored 8 points per game.

If you think we have no chance at Villanueva, you are an IDIOT if you think we have a chance with a player who has a great role on a team that just won a title and will contend for a title next season. He will not leave LA...

Chris Brousard on ESPN just reported that Trevor Ariza will more then likely not be back with the Lakers. He feels that the Lakers only offering him the MLE is "a slap in the face" and wants to go to a team where he can "stick it to the Lakers." He also reported that Ariza spoke with Mike Brown tonight.

Wasn't sure if this little tid bit deserved it's own thread as there are a couple of Ariza threads out there.

EDIT: Nevermind here's a better thread that's already got it covered ----> http://realcavsfans.com/showthread.php?t=22373
