Week 1 (9/13): Browns @ Jets [1:00 PM EST, CBS]

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Is there any team in NFL history that has invested this much in an OL and is still unable to run the ball?

That's the most amazing takeaway for me in this game. All the other shit is water under the bridge but we have invested what, 3 #1's and a #2 to get an OL that is nothing but below average running the ball?

If Couch came into this team as it is now, he probably would have found some success.

Not saying he's the same type of QB, but I believe he could have fallen in with the Eli Manning, Joe Flacco, Stafford tier. Probably not as good as the Rivers, Romo, Ryan tier but certainly good enough to guide a team to the playoffs.

Yeah, but it's super awesome at pass protecting for our garbage QBs and garbage receivers.

So we got that goin' for us, which is nice.

Couch really wasn't that bad, the entire team around him was.

Couch and Green did just enough to get them to the playoffs way back when. Really thought that was going to be the turning point for the organization.

It wasn't.

How so? Our offensive line looks like it's back to the 2002 glory days.

This has to be the worst week 1 Browns game we've ever seen right?

Shits going to get real ugly next week when Titans whoop our ass. They looked awesome going up 21-0.

Only a disaster organization would draft a center in the first round, because they're worried about replacing the other one down the line.
This, I agree with this.

We've been passing on so much talent its been ridiculous.

Hate that selection with a passion. Gotta worry about the center position! Super bowls are won and lost off the position after all.

Jim Donovan said that Taylor Gabriel was our third string quarterback...that would've made today epic if he had played QB.
